What is your cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel their booking 90 days before the event and will receive a full refund. Guests who cancel between 90 days and 14 days before their event will receive a 50% refund.
Guests who cancel less than 14 days prior to their event will not be granted a refund.
Can I reschedule my event?
Yes, if rescheduled within 30 days of the original event date.
Will you provide vendors for my event?
We do not provide vendors, but we do have a list of preferred vendors to recommend.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, or credit cards (with a 3% surcharge).
How far in advance is payment required?
We require a 50% deposit at signing to hold the date. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
Does the space host overnight events?
We do not offer overnight events.
